RACE MARKING

If you’re a MTB / E-MTB biker  and want to help prepare the races, we’d love to hear from you.

Help our team of professional mountain bikers prepare the signage and mark the trails for the various races.

TECHNICAL AND LOGISTICS 

You like to move around and want to play an active part in setting up SUPER8.
Help set up and dismantle the various sites. 

PROTOCOL AND CEREMONIES

You help prepare the prize-giving ceremonies, distribute finisher gifts and help set up the podiums. 

PARTICIPANT BAGS 

You’ll be in charge of producing the runners’ bags. For each race, participants will receive a bag with a gift specific to their event.

 

RACE TECHNIQUE

At strategic points in the various races, you’ll be close to the participants. You’ll be in charge of chono checks at key crossing points. For AE mountain bike races, you’ll be in charge of setting up and checking battery change stands.

TRANSPORT AND VEHICLE MANAGEMENT 

You will be responsible for collecting and returning vehicles before and after the event. During SUPER8, you may be required to move our exhibition vehicles and transport some of the organization’s stakeholders.

RACE MANAGEMENT 

You’ll be at the start or finish to provide information to runners, help the organizers on site, hand out finisher gifts and intervene if necessary.

RACE SIGNALER

Essential on races, you are in charge of informing participants about the course and ensuring safety at key points.

REGISTRATION, NUMBER PICK-UP AND VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE  

Before the stress of the start, you’re in charge of checking identity and compulsory equipment, and handing over frame plates and rider bags. 

PEDESTRIAN AND ROAD SIGNAGE

In the run-up to the event, you’ll be in charge of installing signage at the various sites. You make sure that directional information is visible to both pedestrians and motorists. 

SUPPLY POINT

In direct contact with runners. You’ll take part in setting up refreshment areas, serving participants during the race and dismantling afterwards.

PC COURSE

Follow races in real time and anticipate safety issues. Be sure to answer questions, provide information and check that runners pass the finish line.
